Damaged or Incorrect Items
We use the highest quality manufacturing, but in the event our garment has a flaw, you may discuss a full refund with us. Refunds are dealt with on a case to case basis and are up to the discretion of our management. This is to prevent a customer from damaging a garment to try to receive a refund. If the error is our fault, we will refund your purchase price and cover the shipping of returning the garment. Vintage and preloved items will be in vintage and preloved condition as stated in the listing. All vintage and preloved items are final sale.

Exchanges
We accept only exchanges (for new style or new size) or exchange for store credit (with no expiry date). Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. We do not cover shipping costs for returning items. We encourage all customers to seek our advice on sizing and fit if you are not sure, to avoid any unnecessary returns and to ensure you are happy with your purchase.
